How long does shipping take?
All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Virginia Beach, VA. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays), and processing takes 1-3 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. Items in the same order may ship separately, so you may receive more than one tracking number.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $75.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Full-price items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they're unused, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tags and packaging.
Sale and discounted items are final sale. For hygiene reasons, hats, beanies, socks, underwear, masks, and bandanas can't be returned or exchanged.
Your return shipping is deducted from your refund, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the return, and your bank may take another 2-5 business days.
